Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping:

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Cost: $12.95 USD
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping:

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Available for orders over $50 USD
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide except to Asia and certain remote regions. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our premium backcountry gear with the same confidence we have in every adventure we equip. Our return policy is designed to be as straightforward as your favorite backcountry trail.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order for most items. All returned items must be:

  • In original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging (especially important for items like adjustable ski poles and board bags)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Important Exceptions:

  • For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on Coast Guard Approved Wakeboard Vests (unless defective)
  • We cannot accept returns on any used camping kitchen & cooking gear due to hygiene concerns

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to ensure your return is processed as smoothly as a well-planned backcountry route:

  1. Contact Us: Email our Milwaukee-based team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for faster processing.
  2. Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Securely: Repack your item(s) using the original packaging (just like you’d protect your backcountry ski gear for transport).
  4. Ship Back: Send the package to our Milwaukee facility using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring valuable items like ski poles or bike accessories.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where we sent the wrong item or it arrived defective. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost to ship your replacement item globally (excluding Asia and certain remote regions).

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days (we move as fast as DHL delivers your initial order)
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Refund Visibility: 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size, color, or different product):

  • Clearly state your desired replacement item in your initial email
