• Safety Gear: Coast Guard Approved Wakeboard Vests must be used according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Camping Equipment: Used camping kitchen & cooking gear cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns.
• Technical Equipment: Items like adjustable ski poles and bike accessories must be properly maintained.

4. Ordering & Payment

4.1 Order Process

When you place an order:

• You’ll receive an order confirmation email
• We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays)
• You’ll receive shipping confirmation with tracking when your order ships

4.2 Payment Methods

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your full payment details.

4.3 Pricing & Currency

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to adjust prices and correct pricing errors at any time.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

5.2 Shipping Areas

We ship worldwide except to Asia and certain remote regions. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

5.3 Delivery Responsibilities

Once shipped, you become responsible for the purchased goods. We’re not liable for:

• Delays caused by customs or carriers
• Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier
• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

6. Returns & Exchanges

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. To qualify:

• Items must be unused with original tags attached
• Original packaging must be intact (especially for technical gear)
• Proof of purchase must be included

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

• Coast Guard Approved Wakeboard Vests (unless defective)
• Used camping kitchen & cooking gear

6.3 Return Process

1. Email [email protected] within 15 days of receipt
2. Await our RMA number and instructions
3. Repackage securely using original packaging
4. Ship to our Milwaukee facility with tracking

6.4 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Allow 5-10 days for your financial institution to process.

6.5 Exchanges

For size, color, or product exchanges:

• Follow the standard return process
• Clearly state your desired replacement
• We’ll cover global shipping for exchanges (excluding Asia/remote regions)

7. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account and shipping information
• Inspect products upon delivery and report issues immediately
• Use products according to manufacturer guidelines
• Understand that technical gear requires proper maintenance
• Cover return shipping costs unless the error was ours

8. Limitation of Liability

Outlet The Ride Gearz Store shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, special, or consequential losses
• Business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits, or anticipated savings
• Loss of or damage to data
• Any losses resulting from events beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the purchase price of the products in question.
